Rational Response

A US film has recently been released which shows Islam in a less than favourable light, I'm not sure there's too much choice in how it can be shown so lets take a look at how it adherents are aiming to dispel these untruths and slanderous lies.

UK, London - US & Israeli flags burnt outside US Embassy.
Netherlands, Amsterdam - US Consulate & two schools closed due to planned protests.
Libya, Tripoli - US Ambassador & 3 US citizens killed.
Tunisia - American school burnt.
Egypt, Cairo - Tear gas used on protesters attempting to storm US Embassy.
Lebanon, Tripoli - KFC restaurant burnt to ground.
Iraq, Baghdad - Protesters chanting "Death to America"
Yemen, Sanaa - Protesters US Embassy stormed by protesters & set alight.
Afghanistan, Jalalabad - Afghans gather to chant "Death to America"
Kashmir - Over fifteen thousand protesters gather in a dozen locations to call Obama a terrorist.

Well, you cant argue with logic like that.

eBay has banned the sale of spells, potions, curses and Tarot card readings as conflicts between buyers and sellers of these services are proving tricky to resolve.

Fuck me, where to start with this. Spells ? Who the fuck is buying spells ? Spells people, spells! Like fucking Gandalf.

Potions, not just homepathic nonsense, but actual magic potions. Wait that is homepathic nonsense, isn't it?

Curses! Ha ha, curses, like fucking voodo I'd imagine. Who provides curses? Witches? Secret covens of witches, who's only remaining outlet for their evil is eBay. Wait, is Craigslist still up?

Tarot card readings, that's like pyschics without the need for any special powers, the cards do all the work right? Just buy the fucking cards then you idiots.

Its hard to recocile the fact than in the same year NASA puts a 4x4 on Mars, people in the developed world are still buying spells and potions. You gullible cunts.

Tesco V Muslim

It's not often that you'll find me siding with a global capitalist conglomerate against one man, but when that man turns out to be yet another whining fucking Muslim 'victim' then my socialist worldview evaporates like hot piss on a cold winters morning.

In case you don't know the story, Mohamed Ahmed, left, worked as a fork lift truck driver (doesn't sound Islamic to me - as I'm fairly sure electronic motorised lifting equipment was forbidden by Muhammad) when he was asked to shift some palettes of beer. Yeah, I'm sure you can see where this one is heading. Needless to say Mo (I'm shortening his name because I can't be arsed to type the whole name, I'm never quite sure how to spell it and I'm hoping it's against Islam - let's be fair what isn't nowadays ?) threw his Koran out of his Mosque. Like a fucking little child.

When he refused to do his job Tesco sacked him. Mo then took Tesco to court for not respecting his religious beliefs. I've put beliefs in italics because that's all they are. Beliefs. Myths. Stories. Fucking make believe you stupid cunt now move those fucking palettes !

Ah yes, Mo takes Tesco to court. But get this, Tesco win ! Mo gets the finger from the fucking judge !

Is this a blow struck for rationality at last ? Well it certainly appears that way, lets just hope the inevitable appeal won't go Mo's way.

The Odd Delusion

I've noticed that an awful lot of these awful religious fellows seem to garner an awful amount of media coverage, weather they're expressing dismay at the latest scientific finding, defending radical Muslims under the guise of freedom or swearing blind they never, ever, ever, fucked any kids in the ass or face.

Why is it that whenever these people open their mouths the British media can't wait to tell us all what they say ? No one is phoning Paul Daniels or David Blaine to ask them about acceptable timescales for abortion so why do these other tricksters get so much coverage ? What about Uri "Spoon-bender" Gellar ? Isn't his opinion on the Iraq war just as valid as the Pope's ?
